Why Park Place verses one of the hundreds of other firms?

I have sold dozens of homes where the LISTING agent was a 'friend of the family', someone from Church, a relative from out of the area, or, well you get the picture, the list just goes on and on!

You would not want a Heart Surgeon who works occasionally, or isn't current with the Hospitals surgery routine. 

 

You shouldn't want an auto mechanic who works out of the back of his car without the proper tools and reference materials.

 

You probably wouldn't want a fireman who can't find your house!

But over and over again we find Sellers (well intentioned) listing with the wrong type of agent for their situation!  The Agent may be able to do the job, but was it the best job for the client?

I don't list in LA or San Diego, or even Orange County,  I refer those to qualified associates that I personally know.!

I do list in Corona, Mira Loma, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Perris and some surrounding unincorporated areas. 

 

Because I am well versed in values in these area's. I also have a 'well' of buyers for these area's.
