2. Do you make $35,000, $45,000, $55,000 or more, a year as a family?

3. Do you have 15 to 20 thousand saved up?

4. Is your credit score above 700?

5. Do you think if you look long enough you will find the "one deal" everyone else missed?

6. If you are NOT a 1st time buyer, have you ever lost a home to foreclosure?

7. Have you ever filed BK, if yes when.

8. Do you have any collections, charge off's or slow pays?

9. Are your credit accounts 'max'd out?"

10. Are you self employed or new on the job/area?

11. Do you have more than 1 active 'national' credit account?

12. Married, divorced, alimoney, child support, Veteran?

13. Bringing a 'co-signer" to the deal?
